The Beach House is a unique beach front private Villa comprising 4 self contained apartments (2 x 2 bed, 1 x 3 bed and 1 x 4 bed). It is located 150 yrds from the beach at on the Estrella Club at Los Urrutias and has uninterrupted views of the beach and the Mar Menor. It has its own 8m x 4m pool and hot / cold air-conditioning in each apartment. Each self catering apartment has been designed in a modern style, being recently fully refurbished with brand new facilities giving a light and contemporary feel throughout. In the apartments you will have full catering facilities, the comfort of warm/cold air-con and be able to enjoy Sky TV, DVD. Apartments 3 &4 also have dishwashers. On site, their are 5 local restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk of the apartments as well as communal facilities that include tennis, children’s play area and a large communal pool. The Beach House has featured in magazine articles in both 'Spanish' and 'Homes Overseas'.

The apartment has three double and a twin bedroom layout with 1 en-suite, 1 master bathroom and an additional WC cloakroom. The apartment has full hot / cold air-conditioning throughout. The fully fitted kitchen contains microwave, electric hob, oven and fridge freezer and dishwasher. The living room has comfortable seating, Sky TV, DVD player, Sony Playstation 2 and a large picture window view of the Mar Menor. Open air cooking and sun bathing are available on the private roof terrace. Which is ideal for the hardened sun worshippers and for relaxing and looking out over the panoramic views of the Mar Menor, La Manga hills and the landscaped gardens of Estrella Club? Guests also have access to the private 8m x 4m pool. We provide all linen and laundry including beach towels to help with the airline restrictions for our guests. The Beach House is located 10 miles from San Javier (Murcia [MJV]) airport (approx 15 minutes drive), with Alicante Airport (to the north) about 50 miles away (approx 1 hour drive). The Beach house is located on the south west coastline of the Mar Menor which remains protected by height restrictions imposed on new buildings which has protected the area from the over-development found in other areas of the Spanish Costa’s. The famous La Manga Club and La Manga strip are within a short drive for those wishing more lively night life and a range of sporting attractions. The Costa Claida itself extends for 250 kilometres (150 miles) and offers a range of sandy beaches, natural coves, nature parks and salt flats. The area on average has less than 40 days of rain per year and the average temperature in January (the coolest month) average 16 degrees centigrade. The area is also a WHO ranked location due to its clean air and natural salt flats on the north of the Mar Menor.

Beach House 2008

We had a fantastic time at the Beach House. The facilities were great and we spent a lot of time seeing the local area. The beach is red sand but great for games and watersports and safe swimming for the children. There are white sand beaches within 10 minutes drive.

Tha apartment was clean and spacious with all mod cons and sky and a playstation, although we spend most of the time ioutside in the pool or on one of the sun terraces.

Will definitely recommend and will be back...
