The house is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Newquay, close to the the beach, a two minute walk to Lusty glaze adventure beach and access to the south west coastal path, Watergate bay ten minutes away, and a 15 minute walk into town and all the amenities. The house is new and has been finished to the highest standard and includes all amenities, on the ground floor a storage area for wet suits, utility/kitchen, shower room, and bedroom with a chalet bunk sleeping 3, with french windows opening onto a private enclosed decking area. On the first floor is a spacious open plan living area with large south facing balcony at the rear and a small balcony at the front looking out towards the sea. The 1st floor has a king sized and a double bedroom, and a family bathroom.

Perfect location to visit Cornwall 15 minute walk into town, overlooking the beach and the sea below with just a 5 minute walk directly onto the beach,also opposite an adventure beach with activities for the children, you can join the south west path across the road. The sea life centre, Newquay zoo and the tennis centre are all a short walk away. 10 minutes by car from watergate bay where you can dine at fifteen, 20 minutes from Padstow with great places to eat out and only and 20 minutes from the Eden project.
