Spectacular 4 level property will promise a fantastic holiday. This huge house boasts 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, dining area, 2 large covered terraces, both with BBQs and a huge bar/games room. There is a pool table, cinema screen with surround sound, dart board, table tennis and bar. The kitchen features a double door fridge with water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave etc. Separate utility room with dishwasher, washer/dryer. The kitchen is open plan to a large living area, L-shaped sofa and TV/DVD. The kitchen features a huge island which can be used for dining. There is also an 8 seated dining table and an 8 seated table in one of the BBQ terraces. The cinema screen has satellite duel view (watch 2 different channels at same time). The living room also has TV/DVD/satellite. There are various balconies featuring superb views - sea on one and mountain on the other. The house has 2 gas fireplaces for cosy winter nights. There is built-in A/c in majority of bedrooms.

Hermanus is located approx 1 hour from Cape Town airport. Hemel-en-Aarde Estate is at the entrance to Hermanus at the start of the local wine route which includes amazing wines such as Hamilton Russell, Bouchard Finlayson and Newton Johnson. Hermanus is famous for viewing whales. Viewing is excellent and very close from shores and cliffs. Shark diving nearby. There are many excellent eateries with the very best being in the wine valley itself, 2 of which are walking distance from the house. Dining prices are very good. Estate is at the bottom of a nature reserve with a private trail. Estate features a club house with huge swimming pool, children's' pool, fully-equipped gym, squash and tennis courts and clubhouse bar. There are nearby golf courses and wonderful unspoilt beaches. There are supermarkets and various boutiques nearby. Every weekend there is a local market in the town centre. The beautiful Franschhoek Valley and Stellenbosch are only an hour or so away.

Notes: There is a weekly maid service, however if you wish to have extra this could be arranged. Satellite (DSTV) can be arranged upon request. The bar area has full multi-room surround sound system with Ipod docking station that plays through speakers located inside and outside and can be played simultaneously whilst watching TV. There is a closed garage for 2 cars and space for 2 more cars outside. Refuse is collected twice weekly. Estate is enclosed in a secure fence with 24 hour security for peace of mind. The swimming pool is not covered; therefore extra care should be taken for non swimmers. The pool is solar heated and usually reaches about 28C in the summer. The garden is fully maintained and is on 2 levels. All clubhouse facilities can be accessed by anyone staying in the house. The kitchen has 5 gas burners and the oven is electric.
