The apartment benefits from proximity to virtually everything you may require whilst on holiday - beautiful clean sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, cycle routes with cycle hire available, banks, supermarkets, ) and moments to the Lake Resort including spa. There is no need for a car, however, there is a secure, underground allocated parking space with direct access to the apartment. There is a high level of security in and around the marina and the apartment block. This apartment is ideally situated in a purely residential block, ie. no noisy bars or shops immediately adjacent.
