These apartments are ideally located, situated on the 3rd and 4th floors. Both apartments have been refurbished, (November 2008) to a very high standard. The resort itself has 2 outdoor pools and and indoor pool, and houses its own Clubhouse providing regular entertainment, and there are Children’s activities to occupy them throughout the day. There are many attractions within walking distance that a car is not a necessity. The beach is within 5 minutes walk, along with excellent bars and restaurants. Tivoli World, a family theme park, is within 15 minutes walk up the hill, as is the cable car which takes you up to Monte Calamorro. Parque Paloma is within 5 minutes walk, in there you will find Selwo Marine which is home to Dolphins, Sea Lions and Exotic Birds. Mijas and Torremolinos Aqua Parks are 20 minutes drive away, as are Fuengirola Zoo and Torrequebrada Golf.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies. First Balcony is accessed via a private flight of stairs leading to the apartment, the second balcony leading off the lounge area. This has a built-in barbecue and has sun all day. This apartment has a large bedroom with Kingsize bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and wall mirror. Bathroom has bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and bidet. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, electric hob, fridge, and microwave. Lounge area has double sofa bed, and 1 arm chair, satellite TV for non subscription channels, fitted ceiling fan, and free standing fan, and heater.

Located 5 mins from beach, 5 mins to the beautiful Selwo Marina with its dolphins and sea lions show this joins the park with its pink flamingos; 15min up the hill is a typical Spanish town of arroya de la meil with a train station and lovely restaurants. Also there is Tivoli World a family theme park with everything from roller coaster to flemenco dancing. From the resort a 20 minute walk takes you to the beautiful Marina in Benalmadena with extensive restaurants and bars.

The apartment was ideal for our needs. We usually spend 80% of our Spanish holidays outwith our accomodation but on this occasion we used the main balcony for sunbathing so often that I would say we spent 50% of our time in and around the apartment. There is a large supermarket across the road, a paper shop downstairs and an internet cafe a hundred yards down the road which gives you half an hour access for about 1 euro (on site WiFi was a bit iffy!). A beautiful park nearby which we walked round on a few occasions. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to the station so saved on taxis to and from airport. All in all, a great holiday to an area we've returned to for 24 years.

the apartment looks onto" palm tree avenue " and across to the tennis club. it has views of the hills to the north .there is a small walk to pool and bar complex which we didnt use ,although it all looked good ,when we had a walk around . the staff linked to the complex were very helpful and sorted us out with luggage storage on the day of our departure . we had a long wait for our flights in the late evening and they even assisted with a changing room for us prior to departure. the apartment itself was very nice ,well looked after, and exactly as described. the twin balcony arrangemenr we thought was brilliant, with sunshine on both till late evening and from midmorning.
