Ideal apartments to visit Seville and to enjoy the district Santa Cruz, the Historical centre of the city, the Carboneria, the Arabic baths... The flats have a large lounge with two sofa-beds for up to four people, a large bedroom with a double bed. For the equipment of each flat, see the description tab. You also have access to a shared terrace, to take the sun, and to tend the clothes. The use of linen and towels is included. Possibility to rent city bikes for only 5€ a week per person. This flat is situated on the first floor of the building which counts only three flats and shared roof terrace. It is the most equipped, with conditioned air, TV, DVD Home Cinema (6 speakers), Cable TV, CD player and radio conected to the Home Cinema system, Hair-dryer, Iron and iron table, oven and microwaves, washing machine, WiFi ADSL connection and desktop computer equipped with MSN, webcam, speakers and Microsoft Office. Phone line with free calls to spain national numbers and detailed invoice should you want to use it for other calls. The flat 2B only has a TV, internet wifi and a portable cd-radio-tape player.

  • I demand 30% of the payment by transfer or paypal and the rest when entering the flat. A security deposit of 250 euros is also requested (and given back to you on the day of your departure or maximum one week after your stay if everything is fine).
  • Cleaning on your departure is charged apart : 30 euros.

Very well equipped apartment in the historic center of Seville and near to other places of interest. Perfect for visitors without a car. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back.

Great Place - Outstanding Assistance

We were guests on this property last December, because of the Holidays the access to the historic district was a bit restrited by the Police, this made us get lost, but lucky for us, the apartment keeper helped and guided us to achieve a great visit. The place has all the modern facilities (High Speed Internet access was very useful to check for weather changes and transportation strikes). Parking was made available nearby, which is a very big plus.
