A 3 bedroom townhouse on 2 floors, nestling in a meticulously maintained development within a 2 minute walk of beach and shops. Occupying quiet spot in development with use of two swimming pools. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the house offers generous accommodation and has a private patio garden to the rear, roof terrace and terrace to the front. Security grills are fitted to all windows and doors.

The nearest beach is just a 2 minute walk from the house. Puerto Banus in Marbella, with its shopping and dining and entertainment attractions is easily reached either by bus from the village or just a 25 minute drive away. Fuengirola, situated 8kms from the property has many a wide variety of attractions to choose from including a zoo, water park and large shopping/cinema complex. Golf courses and tennis clubs within easy distance, as is a horse racing stadium. The village itself has many and varied restaurants to choose from, with a bi-weekly market.

Notes: Within the communal gardens to the front of the property, about 5ms from the front door, there is a very pretty stream and fountain, with lots of lilies and goldfish. Prospective renters with small children should be aware of this potential hazard.

Just returned and had a fabulous time. The house was very well maintained and really convenient for the pool and beach, restaurants etc. 3 seperate outdoor areas around the house meant that you could get the sun at any time of day. The kitchen was well stocked and the surrounding garden areas very pretty. We stayed there with 4 generations of our family including my 2 year old great nephew and 72 year old mum in a wheelchair. The only downside with the resort was difficulty in getting about with the wheelchair, and lack of shallow areas in the pools for children, but on the whole a thoroughly enjoyable, good value for money holiday.
