This villa is within meters of the sea, has its own private beach, private pool, games room with full size snooker table, table tennis and sauna. A 10 minute drive finds you in the centre of the historic and traditional harbour town of Kyrenia. The villa has spectacular views over the Mediterranean and is perfect for anyone who wants to escape the crowds typical to many other holiday destinations. There are many modern supermarkets within minutes of the villa and a wide choice of local restaurants ranging from the sophisticated to home style cooking can be found near by. The villa has a large upstairs balcony with built in barbeque and built in dining seating area ideal for watching the evening sun setting. All 4 bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen areas are fully air conditioned and also have central heating. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room boasts a 42' plasma TV, Sky, Playstation/DVD player. The dining table seats 8. There are 2 en-suites and a ground floor bathroom

The coastline either side of the villa has mile upon mile of unspoilt sandy beaches and 5 minutes from the villa is Alagadi beach, where between June and September you can witness baby turtles hatching. In the picturesque mountains directly behind the villa there are many ancient and natural attractions for those who love exploring. A brand new championship golf course,the first in Northern Cyprus has recently opened. The layout of the course provides a spectacular venue for golfing enthusiasts and is only a 10/15 minute drive away. The village of Catalkoy is within 2 minutes, Ozankoy village 5 minutes, Bellapais village 5 minutes and Kyrenia 10 minutes away. All have a variety of restaurants and places to explore and provide a strong sense of the traditional spirit that typifies this area of the Mediterranean. The town of Kyrenia offers a diverse range of shops and boutiques and from the ancient harbour local day cruises depart each day which stop off at various beaches along the way

  • All prices include a welcome pack and the cost of all amenities.A non refundable deposit of 25% will be requested on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday. A security deposit is required of an amount dependent on your length of stay. This will be refunded in full upon a satisfactory property inspection within 10 days of departure.

    No smoking is allowed in or around the villa.
    There is an information folder in the villa which includes further guidance to help you enjoy your stay.

    Changeover date is a Saturday. On departure the villa should be vacated by 10 am and arrival should not be arranged for earlier than 4 pm to allow for cleaning etc. Different arrival/departure arrangements can sometimes be accomodated on request.
    Guests should leave the villa clean and tidy prior to departure. Excess cleaning costs will be passed on.

Golf: A brand new championship 18 hole golf course has recently been opened. The course, which boasts its own desalination plants to ensure all year round perfect playing conditions is nestled in the mountains to the rear of the villa and is a 10/15 minute drive. The layout of the course provides a spectacular venue for golfing enthusiasts. The club house, bar and restaurant at the course are of a very high standard and for those who are used to playing golf throughout Europe, this will provide something different in terms of both the country venue but also the joint pleasure of striking the ball from elevated lies seemingly into the heart of the Mediterranean as well as playing many challenging holes in and around the mountainous terrains upon which the course is built.
