Perfect holiday house in wonderful front-line position overlooking golf course full of lakes and trees. High quality, newly-built colonial style house with extensive terracing and pretty garden. 10 x 5 mt salt water swimming pool with water cascade. Electrically operated entrance gate and short drive to front door and parking area. The house is part of the Fairplay Golf Hotel which is a luxury hotel with several top-class restaurants, magnificent spa, fine golf course and many other facilities, including tennis and riding. It is 35 minutes' drive from some of the best beaches in Europe, including the enchanting Bolonia or Baelo Claudia, as it was known by the Romans who founded it. For keen golfers, in addition to Fairplay golf course, there are several top class courses within easy reach. There are also many interesting places to visit such as Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Tarifa, Cádiz, Jerez and a little further, Sevilla, Gaucin, Ronda, etc.

  • The bathrooms are all en-suite and are built to a high quality. Showers are lined in marble and basins are inset in marble. Two bathrooms have exceptionally large walk-in showers. The third is smaller. Two bathrooms have two basins. All bathrooms have electrically heated towel rails. All floors are terracotta.

  • The bedrooms have large comfortable beds, plenty of cupboards + bedside tables, chairs and other furniture. Everything is in perfect condition. Each bedroom has its own terrace. The bedrooms are not located beside each other, therefore are quite private. Two of the bedrooms have double beds with mattresses which zip together and can be separated into two single beds (90x200cms each)

Notes: The swimming pool is salt water so much nicer to swim in and none of the problems caused by chlorine. It is cleaned every day. The garden is very pretty and has lawns and flower beds. The view is lovely and there are many forms of wild birds, especially egrets and water birds because of the lakes. There is a teak dining table and eight chairs on one terrace. The covered terrace has two sofas and two armchairs and a low table. There are six teak sunbeds with mattresses There is a large card table in the sitting room and lots of games such as cards, chess, monopoly, jigsaws. The TV is flatscreen 32'. The kitchen is exceptionally well fitted and in addition to above includes a heated cabinet for keeping food and plates warm. The double refrigerator has a chilled filtered water dispenser and automatic icecube/crushed ice dispenser.

We are a family of five who actually do not live so far away from this splended property. We found it to be exactly what we wanted in the summer - a great place to disappear into not only from the working world but with enough private spaces for everyone to do their own thing and then get together whenever.
Clean and fitted to a high standard it is the nearest thing to a suite in a quality hotel without all the interference.
The only chore is chasing away frogs in the morning.
The summer is too hot to appreciate inland sites but Vejer is visibly near and so too its beaches and chiringitos.
