This charming one bedroom apartment is in the heart of the Old Town minutes from the beach and Flower market. It has a romantic view of the château waterfall, which is spectacularly illuminated at night. The apartment has been newly renovated and the living and kitchen area is open plan. There is a dining table and two chairs. There are two modern rocking chairs in the living area as well as an LCD screen and DVD player. The modern open plan white kitchen has an integrated microwave oven, four-ring electric hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a tiled walk in shower room with toilet and sink unit with feature mirror. This is an ideal pad from which to explore everything Nice has to offer.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire. An initial £100 deposit is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person. The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
  • Please note that from the 19th Dec 2009 - 3rd Jan 2010 high season prices will apply

My boyfriend and I spent a week here in June and it was amazing. Its a fantastic apartment with everything you could wish for, even a dishwasher which is a god send when on holiday. The property was very clean and well maintained and we were greeted by an English speaking person and showed to our apartment, which is ideal when you don't know where you're going.
You are located right in the heart of Old Town Nice and its perfect for access to the beach and for the local fresh market. We strolled out every morning to pick up fresh fruit for the day.

We have no problems recommending this place, unless you are elderly or have trouble walking as there are quite a few steps up to the apartment. We are certainly going back!

For music lovers the 21st June is a good time to go as they have a music festival which is all over the city
