Blue Lagoon is romantic, with its four poster bed and plunge pool, and equally it is a family villa as the beach is below and snorkeling and body boarding are ideal, together with a barbecue area. Ingrid, our housekeeper/cook is the reason so many of our guests return, she will spoil you! You can arrange for a boat to pick you up from right outside and tour the island, or, if you like more activity, jet skis can be brought to your door. Swimming with the turtles is a 'must' and, again, can be arranged very easily. It is very central to everywhere, particularly the shops and restaurants, but your main problem will be wanting to leave the beauty of the villa and Ingrid's cooking. Once you have stayed at Blue Lagoon, you will be spoilt for anywhere else, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Nearest Airport: Bridgetown Grantley Adams at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Alleynes beach at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Royal Westmorland at 5 Kilometres
'Blue Lagoon', named bacause of its peaceful position set on a bluff overlooking the sea with private access to the beach below, nr where turtles swim and fishermen bring in their catch. Holetown is 5 mins away where the supermarket, bank, doctors and local gift shops are. One of the best restaurants 'The Lone Star' is 2 mins down the beach, and all the activities from the Glitter Bay and Royal Pavilion hotels are just a bit further down. The Gardens is central to explore the island, whether it be Speightstown to view the 'old' Barbados with its chattel houses, or Bathsheba on the rough, but very dramatic east coast.. It is also nr 2 main golf courses, and there is a dive centre minutes away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is needed to secure the booking, followed by the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. Also a refundable deposit of £350 is required as a seperate amount with the balance, and will be returned to you a week later should there be no breakages etc.
  • A Housekeeper/Cook and maid are included, together with pool attendant and gardener.
  • We have an agent who can arrange transfers from the hotel, car hire, cots and any other requirements to make your holiday perfect!
