Panoramica Estate is situated approx. 12 km inland from the coastal town of Vinaros. It lies approx half way between Barcelona & Valencia on the Costa del Azahar(Orange Blossom Coast).It is easily reached from these airports & from nearby Reus. The Championship Golf course was designed by Barnard Langer & the apartment boasts views over-looking the mountains, orange groves and water feature of the 5th hole. The beauty of the setting allows a peaceful holiday with use of several pools, tennis courts, restaurants and supermarket on site. A 20 minute drive away to the mountains or down to Vinaros, renowned for its seafood & designer shops. The Universal Studios, Port Aventura theme parks about an hour north with 1 million square meters of thrilling rides, dazzling shows & restaurants to suit all tastes. Barcelona & Valencia are major cultural & vibrant cities & well worth a visit.

The Costa Azahar is easier to get to than ever before with a number of scheduled flights and several low cost airlines including Easyjet & Ryanair. Barcelona is just 2 hrs,Valencia 1hr 30 mins & Reus about 1 hr.The A7 Motorway links all three and Panoramica is just 3 miles away from Junction 42 .(Vinaros turning) We are able to offer maps to and from all airports. Our managers live on site to meet & show you to the apartment. They are very helpful & a welcome pack can be arranged for late arrivals.

Terraces- there are excellent terraces to the front and rear of the apartment with stunning views over the golf course, Mountains and water feature. Loungers and patio furniture are provided.

Futher Details: There is a small supermarket on the complex with a good selection of goods. However, there are several large supermarkets just off the N340 outside Vinaros. The Mercat is the local market where you can buy anything from freshly caught fish to delicious peaches. Well worth a visit or head for the designer shops. For a more scenic day head for the mountains and discover the beautiful Spanish villages. Ideal for walkers, cyclists or sight seers alike. The town of Morella is a must. The coastal town of Peniscola has a magnificent castle overlooking the sandy beach.

Golf Details: Panoramica Golf and Country Club. This testing par 72 course measuring 6429m is a challenge for the expert or occasional golfer alike. It is acknowledged as one of the finest in Europe. The rates to play are very reasonable and much lower than many other Spanish courses. It has one of the best practice par 3 courses and 2 huge driving ranges up at the club house. Here you can enjoy a relaxing drink or dinner in it's fine restaurant. The course is set amongst olive trees with several lakes.It is quite amusing to hear the different languages cursing their ball as it misses the green and ends up in the lake! There is a set of clubs in the apartment for residential use. A new par 3 course has just opened for those who enjoy a shorter game.

Other Activities: Go-Karting, volleyball, play areas, football, netball.

Lovely apartment in peaceful setting.

Myself and my wife took our 3 children here for 10 days in August. We had a superb time and everything was excellent.
The apartment is exactly as described and was clean, well looked after and very comfortable.
The complex was quiet even though it was August.
Hence the pools were quiet. They were clean and well maintaned.
The apartment was very convenient for the motorway to Valencia/Barcelona. Although it was a bit of a drive to the nearest beach, About 7 or 8 miles. There was plenty of blue flag beaches along this coast. As it was August they were very busy with Spanish and French. Very few English on this Costa.
The owner was prompt and courteous when dealing with enquiries.
The onsite managers was there to meet us and was never far away had we needed them.
Overall a very good experience.
