Luxury Florida Villa. Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club.

The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard, as it is our home and not just a rental property. It consists of two double bedrooms and a den with a bed settee, so will comfortably sleep six people. In addition there is a comfortable living/dining area, kitchen/breakfast area and lani/patio, with spectacular views over water and natural Florida preserve. The villa is also west facing and so enjoys some fabulous sunsets. Sarasota lies on the west coast of Florida on the warm shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There are miles of white sandy beaches that take you down to the warm turquoise waters of the ocean. Sarasota is a warm and friendly place and ideally situated to explore the west coast, Orlando, The Everglades and Miami. Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club is a paradise for golfers. It is nestled between lakes, nature preserves and the outstanding 18-hole championship golf course and is one of the finest courses in Sarasota.

Location

Sarasota, the jewel of the Gulf Coast is only minutes away. Here you will find a wealth of activities, including shopping malls, restaurants, boutiques and the world famous Siesta Key beach, one of Florida's best white sandy beaches. The city is thriving, with performing arts centres and theatres that attract world- renowned artists. Take a boat trip and watch the dolphins and manatee, or laze on the beach. Within a short drive are the State Parks of Myakka and Oscar Scherer where you can hire a boat into Florida's natural preserve. For the more adventurous there is of course Busch Gardens and Disney. Whatever you're looking for, SARASOTA HAS IT ALL!

  • Our rates are very competitive and often you can rent the villa for not much more than an apartment. Reduced monthly rates are also available.
    Special rates for late availablility are sometimes on offer so please contact us with your dates.
  • Club membership is transferred to the renters and entitles you to full use of the golf course, swimming pools, spa/hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room and the clubhouse facilities, including the restaurant, lounge bar and entertainment. The transfer fee is curently $200(£100) for the period of your stay, however as a special offer for 2008 we will pay 50% of this or $100(£50).

They are homely and comfortable, with soft furnishings in pleasing colours that match the mood of each room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with every modern convenience and an integrated radio system throughout the villa. The large master suite has an antique pine king size bed, dresser and cabinets. En-suite bathroom and walk in closet are attached to this luxurious room. Bedroom Two has an antique pine queen sized bed with matching dresser and cabinet. There is a large closet and the family bathroom is adjacent. The Den/study is a light and airy room and has a bed/settee which will sleep two.
