Additional information about rental rates

• Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £75.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 in total.
  The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient. However during what can be the cooler months, November to around the end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on to guarantee 27/28C at all times. If this is requested then there is an additional charge of £60 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required. A deposit of 15% per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
• Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00 am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
  Rates shown are for 2 persons: Please add £75.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults in total.
  A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
  Unlimited wireless Internet connection is an extra 40 Euro per week.
  Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
  High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euro a week, per item.
  
• A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, orange juice, beer, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival
  High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 25 Euro a week, per item. Car hire is available please ask for details. Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
