This spacious villa is furnished with an eye for modern taste and is decorated to a very high specification. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the master bedroom has air conditioning, along with an ensuite bathroom. The second wash room is a shower room. The kitchen is through a set of saloon doors and is very well equipped. It’s fitted with real wood units and has plenty of work space for preparation on both sides of the kitchen. The kitchen has an abundance of cooking utensils and equipment to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs. As with the rest of the property, the lounge has a very African theme. The real wood African furniture blends well with the modern appliances. There's a large 32' LCD TV with satellite package, DVD player, and a large leather suite. The south facing sun terrace provides great sea views, Al fresco dinning and room for sunbathing around the private heated pool.

Villa Graciosa is located in the residential area of Montana Roja, which is just a 10 minute walk form the fabulous beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can stroll along the new promenade via the ferries in the old harbour and then onto the centre of Playa Blanca. Once in the centre there are even more restaurants and bars to choose from, including the highly recommended La Bocaina, Restaurant & Lounge Bar.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown are for 2 persons: Please add £65.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 in total.
    The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient. However during what can be the cooler months, November to around the end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on to guarantee 27/28C at all times. If this is requested then there is an additional charge of £50 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required. A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
  • Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday
  • A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival
    High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item. CAR HIRE is available please ask for details. Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
    Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
