Fantastic new 2 bed room apartment first position to the sea on the beautiful Kotor Bay. Beautiful location!. The apartment has a private balcony with an uninterupted and spectacular view of the Bay. The air is so fine in this area that historically it has been associated with care centres for asthma sufferers. There are two bedrooms in the apartment each with inbuilt wardrobes. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is brand new, there is outdoor furniture on the balcony and air conditioning in the living area. The apartment is on the first floor so access to the sea is simply down the steps and driveway. There are local shops, bakerys and cafes within close walking distance on the small local road which skirts around the bay. It is beautiful for walking or cycling. 8kms away is Kotor the Unesco world heritage town and with its old narrow streets crammed with shops, pubs/cafes Kotor is joy to visit

Nearest Ferry: Dubrovnik at 60 Kilometres

The beautiful new apartment with an uninterrupted view of Kotor Bay and the fantastic Montenegran mountains is on the sea front 8kms from the Unesco heritage town of Kotor. Great for a walk and lovely on a bike. It is also only 15 kms from the Tivat wich is soon to be renamed Porto Montenegro, due to the $135m upgrade of the old naval port in the town. You are just over an hour from Dubrovnik. There are plenty of local shops, cafes, bars beside you. There is a small beach beside you also a 3 minute walk. The air in this part of the world is considered some of the healthiest in the world for Athsma suffers and there is a history of local asthma clinics. Tivat airport is 20kms away and Dubrovnik airport is about an hour away. Budva, Sveti Stefani, Podgorica are all within a 2 hour drive.
