A luxury 3 bedroom family villa with private heatable swimming pool in a quiet location near beaches, water parks, restaurants and golf courses. Casa Romantica is situated in the quiet area of Quinta Dos Alamos with very pretty streets, green areas and public parks. The Portuguese village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk away from the villa. Guia also has over 25 good value restaurants. The town of Albufeira and the new Algarve Shopping Centre are only a 5 minute drive from the villa. The beaches are only a 10 minute drive away. There is a private 9m x 5m mosaic heated swimming pool with roman steps and a shallow end. There is also an outdoor shower and sun terracing around the pool. There is also a roof top sun terrace providing panoramic views over the mountains. The property is totally enclosed and child-friendly with gates on all the entrances to the swimming pool. There is a separate seating/dining area with easy access to a built-in barbeque.

Rental rates for the villa in the Algarve, Portugal

^*Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% deposit is payable with the initial booking. The remainder of the rental cost is payable 10 weeks before you arrive. A separate £200 security 'breakages' deposit is payable with the balance and refundable 14 days after your return, providing that there has been no problems reported by our property management company. All payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or international bank transfer. Receipts are issued for all payments. Contact the owner for a booking form, which has all the details. The owner is contactable every day by phone or e-mail.
  
• Pool heating is optional for an additional £125 per week.
  
• Villa air conditioning/heating is included. Baby cots, high chairs, strollers are provided free of charge. Additional children can be accommodated on temporary beds, which are provided free of charge. Clients must vacate by 10:30 in the morning. We can provide details of a taxi company for airport transfers and details of car hire companies.

Management Service

Our management company offices are only 0.5 km from the villa. They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to water parks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments. Zoomarine Park (sea life): 10 min drive Two Waterslide Parks: 10 min & 20 min drive Horse riding over the sand dunes: 10 min drive Water sports & jet ski on Galé Beach Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira marina just 10 min drive Krazy World (zoo & mini golf): 20min drive River trips, Jeep Safaris, Sea day trips with barbecue on a secluded beach. Excursions to local markets and other places of interest in the Algarve, to Seville and Lisbon. You can buy tickets to most of the above plus much more with a 10% discount from our local Management Office.

Hi Steve, Just wanted to drop you and your wife a line to say how much we enjoyed staying at Casa Romantica for the first week of our holiday in Portugal. Your villa is absolutely superb and was everything we could have wished for.
