This 2 bedroom apartment, one with en-suite & jacuzzi bath, fitted wardrobes and drawer space. A safe is provided for your valuable items. The living area boasts a sumptuous leather sofa bed, satellite TV & DVD with DVDs and IPOD dock. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. Air conditioned/heater system provided throughout the apartment. The sun terrace overlooks the golf course and table & chairs are provided for those breakfasts in the morning sun. The Duquesa Village complex is a 5 minute drive from the port of La Duquesa and the Beach. The complex has 5 large pools with smaller children pools fully enclosed. The pool areas are interconnected with floodlit walkways through the garden areas, leading down to the paddle tennis court. Golf courses are in an abundance in this area, with Valderrama 20mins drive away. The jet set port of Puerto Banus 15 mins drive away, Marbella 20 minutes

Puerto De La Duquesa is situated half way between Marbella & Gibraltar. The port, claimed to one of the best in europe, boasts a wide range of amenitities including numerous bars, a supermarket, bank, butcher and a wide choice of affordable, top class restaurants which include Chinese, Thal, Italian, English and Spanish cuisine. Casares is a typical stunning Andalucian village, approximately 1 hours drive into the hills. Benalmadena, approximately 40 mins drive, is thriving with visitors attracted to its beaches, nightlife and marina. Located close by is the Costa del Sols amusement park 'Tivoli World' and the 'Sea Life Aquarium'. Gibraltar is a VAT free haven and is 25 mins drive, with Dolphin boat trips, St Michaels cave and a visit to the Rock proves proves to be a great day out. Puerto Banus, situated 15mins drive from Duquesa, is the place to be pampered yachtside & watch the world go by or sample the buzzing nightlife in the clubs & bars until the early hours.

The ground floor apartment was exactly as described - clean, well furnished, equipped and spacious. Very quiet and relaxing with views over the golf fairway from the rear balcony area. Pool literally out the door and across the ( very quiet) road and a larger one a short walk away down the hill. You will definately need a car for this property. Our favourite places were Sabinillas, Sotogrande, Gibralter, Duquesa Port, Aquaparque Mijas, Crocodile World and the fantastic beaches (which were never busy - even in peak season!) We had a great holiday in this apartment - mainly due to the home from home comforts, high standard and location of the apartment.
