Holiday paradise absolute beachfront!! Modern 5 bedroom (sleeps 10), 2 bathroom home with 2 separate living areas, bar and in ground resort style pool fully fenced. Facilities include a range of board games, table tennis, football game, 3 large Tvs and DVD players, sound system, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, ample food and drink storage, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machine and dish washer, washing machine and dryer and all crockery and cutlery, off street secure parking for 4 cars and a boat. The property is located within a 10 minute walk of a major shopping centre for all your needs, 5 minute drive to an international golf course, Mandurah City Centre is 6 kms away and can be access by cycle path along the beach or by road. Mandurah City centre has many fabulous restaurants, bars a world class marina and many recreational facilities. You can enjoy a relaxing by the pool or beach or for those inclined a spot of fishing, diving, ski, crabbing and many traveller activities.

Great property in a great location. The beach was superb even though we tended to use the pool more often.

The upstairs room is great - fantastic views and a lovely place to watch the sunset.

The property was clean and tidy and the owners provided good custimer service.

We could definitely recommend this.

Not Paradise

House very disappointing. First impression was how scruffy it looked, loose paving slabs on drive very dangerous, pool dirty. Not well equipped, poor choice of saucepans, utensils, chipped crockery and glassware. Old mouse dirt in one kitchen drawer. Some of linen provided in hire service was old and stained. Overall, house needed in depth cleaning, especially considering the rental cost charged. Parents retreat was best feature and (ignoring dirty cobwebby windows) was the cleanest part of the house. The views were good, but unfortunately the beach was not as good as expected. The location was good for our needs, nearby shops were good, Mandurah lovely and it was an easy drive to Freemantle. The new train service to Perth was superb, but overall a disppointing experience especially as email contact with owner had been good and very helpful.
Owner's Response: We are stunned by this review as we have only had positive responses to our personal holiday home since first making it available and we also have many regular returning guests.

It is important to note that this is our personal holiday home and not a 5 star hotel. We take great pride in its presentation and maintenance. In addition we believe that our home is in a fantastic location, has excellent facilities and amenities, is cleaned to the highest standard and the beach is one of the best in Western Australia. We believe that the features and presentation displayed on Holiday Rentals UK for our property fairly represent our property.
