The blue flag beaches of Guardamar and the main town of Torrevieja are 15 minutes away. It is approximately 40 minutes away from Alicante and Murcia Airports. Arrangements can be made for transfers to and from the airports, and other trips during one's stay. There is a superb restaurant at the ‘La Finca’ Golf Course.

Prices for both apartments start from only £120 per week during the low season, to £295 per week during the peak seasons. There is also a charge of 40 euros per stay for the cleaning, payable on arrival. A returnable bond of £60 is required to cover any breakages, non-payment of cleaning fee etc. A deposit of £50 per week secures one’s holiday dates, and the rest of the payment needs to be paid at least 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
