This lovely first floor apartment in Brighton Marina offers you stunning inner harbour views from your living room and master bedroom. The compact accommodation, which is fully equipped and furnished, has two double bedded rooms, one with ensuite shower room and one with direct access to the family bathroom. The small east facing balcony allows you to enjoy the morning sunshine or relax in the evenings as you look over the waterway and the yachts moored there. Own car parking space. Telephone/Wi-Fi connection. The Marina has a life of its own and is one and a half miles from the very centre of Brighton. In the neighbourhood you will find a 24 hour supermarket, numerous pubs and restaurants where you can enjoy meals overlooking the outer harbour and the sea beyond, a casino, a multi-screen cinema complex, a bowling alley and many shops including factory outlets. You can walk to Brighton in under half an hour, but there are also regular bus services to take you into town.

Brighton Marina is located a mile and a half from the centre of the vibrant city of Brighton, providing a quieter location from which to access all the excitement and amenities in the area. A three minute walk away from the apartment you will find many restaurants and pubs, a casino, a bowling alley, a 24 hour supermarket, a multi-screen cinema complex, and of course the attractive marina from which you can charter a yacht or take a boat ride. The Volks railway in the summer or the regular buses will take you into the centre of Brighton within ten minutes. You can also walk along the under cliff to Rottingdean, two miles to the east of the marina, where you will find an attractive village with many historical connections of interest. Brighton Marina has a life of its own, however, with a relaxing continental feel to it.

The location was excellent. The marina complex is self contained, close to Brighton attractions, yet away from the congestion.

The flat was clean, tidy and well equipped. Service was also excellent.

Highly recommended.
