This luxury 3 bedroom apartment is located on the prestigious, gated Las Ramblas golf course and is frontline overlooking the 11th tee. The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac but is just a few minutes drive to many local shops, bars and restaurants thus giving you the best of both worlds. Directly outside the apartment is a stunning swimming pool providing safe swimming and peaceful sunbathing. There is a large sun terrace accessed via the lounge to the rear of the property which benefits from all day sunshine providing ample space for sun bathing and entertaining. The property is luxuriously finished with marble floors and granite work surfaces and furnished to a high standard. There are three double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is a large lounge diner with open fireplace and a breakfast bar adjoining the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with all mod-cons and has a utility area. Cable TV

This luxury 3 bedroom apartment is located directly overlooking the 11th tee of the prestigious gated community of Las Ramblas golf course. Las ramblas is located just 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia airport. We are approximately 15 minutes drive from the large, bustling town of Torrevieja and just 10 minutes drive from a number of beautiful, sandy blue flag beaches. A large selection of shops, bars and restaurants are all just a few minutes drive away. For golf fans, apart from being located on the challenging Las Ramblas golf course, there is a range of other golf courses nearby including Campomoar and Villamartin which are just a few minutes drive away. Reached within a 20 minute drive is the Aquapolis water park with themed pools, slides and sunbathing areas. Terra-mitica is one of the largest theme parks on the Mediterranean and is about 1 hour drive away easily accessible via the A37.

Notes: Las ramblas is a safe and secure gated community. For your added peace of mind the property is fitted with traditional Spanish style security grills and is also alarmed. The pool is located directly outside the property just a few short steps away and as the property is located on a cul-de-sac it is very safe for small children. Entertainment within the apartment includes a Playstation with games and a selection of board games. A small selection of DVD’s are provided along with cable TV with many English channels including movies & popular radio stations. Outside relax on the sunbeds provided and enjoy 'al fresco' dining on the large sun terrace. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided (beach towels can be hired at extra cost). Welcome packs can be provided at an additional charge.

Golf: Las Ramblas, also known as a golfers paradise, is an 18 hole 72 par golf course. It is by far the most challenging course in this area featuring water hazards which make it very different from the rest. The stunning scenery including high trees, natural fairways and ravines really make it a haven for all. There are many golf courses available in the area with Villamartin and Campomoar courses just a few minutes away.

Beaches: Costa Blanca means white coast, a name taken from the endless miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Beaches on this part of the Costa Blanca with their white sand and clean surroundings are spectacular. In the Torrevieja area there are seven EU 'blue flag' beaches. These vary from very active beaches with a full range of water sports, activities and services to secluded rocky and sandy coves. All of the major beaches have first aid posts and most have refreshment areas.

Beautiful Apartment - lovely location

We stayed at this apartment for a week in May last year. The moment we walked into the apartment we knew we were going to have a fantastic time there. We were met by the local handling agents who were very pleasant and showed us how everything worked. The apartment itself is gorgeous, it's very spacious and has an amazing terrace to the back of the property overlooking the golf course. There is a wonderful swimming pool just outside the front of the property which was very welcome due to the hot weather. Beaches were just about 10 minutes drive away, together with bars and restaurants also within a few minutes drive. All in all we really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely consider going back to the apartment.

The location was excellant with a lovely pool just outside from where the apartment is located. Only a 5 min drive to the shops/beach and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and modern and the kitchen is excellently equipped. The large sun terrace faces onto the golf course and was a lovely sun trap all day. We had a wonderful time and could not fault the apartment or the facilities at all. We would definitely go back there again!

Pure luxury in the sun

We spent a weekend in this beautiful apartment. The description of the apartment in the advertisement was far too modest, this is pure luxury! A beautiful marbeled superbly equipped kitchen and a stunning bathroom and en-suite. The apartment is generously equipped and also has a large balcony which overlooks the green sweeping golf course, an ideal place to sit and while away the time.

Local shops, bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive and beautiful sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive. The beauty of this apartment is not only its luxury but also that it is situated on the Costa Blanca with guaranteed sunshine virtually all year round. I returned from this holiday feeling totally relaxed.

I look forward to returning soon with family and friends.

Excellent relaxing holiday- lovely apartment

We have been to this apartment several times and each time we have had an excellent holiday. It is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable in an ideal quiet location but not far from the beaches. There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from and good Supermarkets close by. The beaches are excellent and the pool is just outside the front door!
We have explored as far south as Malaga using the apartment as our base.
The golf course is beautiful with lovely walks and it creates a very peaceful setting away from the crowds.All in all I would recommend this as an excellent place to stay.
