And what a holiday is in store for you. This is a very different part of Spain. It has a wholly unspoiled coast-line with hidden coves and natural beaches. L’Ampolla is the local fishing village and has been a favorite with mainland Europeans for over four decades, attracted by its quiet charm, sandy beaches, mountain backdrops and, of course, sea-food restaurants. It is also on the edge of the River Ebro Delta. You can take a boat trips up the river to where the Ebro meets the Mediterranean and watch cormorants and eagles glide over the waters of the river. Not surprising the delta is a Nature Reserve protected by UNESCO and is the home to a myriad of bird species. Nearby in the Medieval town of Tortosa, a stunning destination for a day trip of shopping and culture

We also know that traveling can be a tricky business, so whatever time that you arrive, the key to your home and our hospitality basket awaits you. It contains lots of treats and snacks, fresh bread and Manchego cheese, wine and olives and an information pack. Just the thing if you arrive at midnight.
