    There is a final cleaning cost of €70 when staying for one week & €90 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Info about Menaggio : Menaggio town is conveniently just 5 minutes drive away, and offers all the local amenities desired such as grocery shops, delicatessens, Boutique shops, authentic-style cafes and restaurants as well as the town's beautiful Piazzas, narrow back streets and Churches. A frequent Ferry service from the town also operates there giving you the opportunity to explore the other beautiful lakeside towns across the Lake. Public Tennis Courts are just 10 minutes drive away and the world-famous Menaggio and Cadenabblia Golf Club is only 15 minutes drive away.

Golf and Skiing : Italy's oldest golf course, established in 1907 with 18 holes Par 70, is located above Menaggio near Croce, in Grandola ed Uniti, approx. 15 min. by car. Tel: +39 344 321 03. Green Fees: Weekdays EU 55, Weekends and Holidays EU 70 Euros; Golf Cart Rental EU 36. Restaurant Golf at the club serves fantastic food and is well recommended. The closest major ski resort is Madesimo toward the Splugen Pass, which is approx. 1 hr 20 min. by car. St. Moritz in Switzerland is only 90 km by car. Other ski resorts are located in the Valtellina near Morbegno. The lake is beautiful to relax next to all year long - the scenery in the winter is some of the most striking, as the air is crisp, the visibility near perfect and the mountains capped in white snow.
