This villa is in an ideal location 20 minutes walk from the centre of San Antonio,it has 4 bedrooms and is very private with a large electric gate keeping the world out. It has a very nice chill out area by the pool and a jacquzzi for those warm balmy nights with a bottle or 2 of Cava. There are shops , bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the villa,the beach is also the same distance there are also water taxis to take you to Cala Comte or Cala Bassa which are 2 fantastic beaches. .HEN AND STAG LONG WEEKEND PACKAGE AVAILIBLE - CHAMPAGNE RECEPTION, AIRPORT TRANSFERS, WELCOME PACK,BBQ CATERED AT THE VILLA .

The villa is a 5 minute walk to the San Antonio Bay area which has the Pink Panther, Cafe Royale, Buccanerro Bar + Casita Restaurant plus 50 others located in the area, a 10 minute walk to the beach at Es Puet where there are a number of restaurants located on the beach and water sports.A 20 minute walk along the sea front past the Hawaii Hotel into San Antonio Town Centre and the wild west end, en route sights include Bar M , Eden's pre bar,Es Paradis, Plastik.Banyans Palaces fantastic Thai Restaurant is also a 10 minute walk away. There is also a crazy golf area within a 5 minute walk.

Lovely Holiday which exceeded all expectations

We chose Ibiza as we love it there and have always stayed in hotels, someone recommended this villa and we decided to try, to start with it worked out cheaper for us than a hotel as we would have needed 4 hotel rooms.We arranged to be collected from the airport and we were glas we did there was a huge queue when we came out of the airport for taxi's and it was 2am !.
We were met by the house manager even though it was 2am , he had arranged some goroceries for us, and that worked perfectly, the villa was lovely really spacious with 2 bedrooms on each floor, it was very clean and well presented, it even had a stereo which we could connect to an ipod !.
We had a great week, fab weather, great villa, really close to the san An bay area so we didn't need a car. The taxi's back from San An were 8e per car. We used the take away service and a lovely man bought us all much needed food at the end of a hard days sunbathing.
Would recommend it to anyone who wants any easy holiday experience.On the day we left a taxi picked us up at the front door and delivered us back to the airport, very efficent and helpful serive from start to finish.We will certainly be going back next year.Thanks to all concerned.

What can I say other than FABULOUS!! 10 out of 10!!!
There was 9 of us in total inc 3 children from 3 to 13 and it ticked all of our boxes it was easily large enough to accomodate us all without us being on top of each other. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean and well cared for. The pool area was stunning and my children just loved it, it was easily big enough for all of us to be in at the same time, it also had small pool attached wihich was fab for my 3 year old. It also has a hot tub.
Its a five minute walk to shops, bars, beach etc but there is also a takeaway that does delivery (they also deliver water, juice, san miguel and other groceries which was fab as you didnt have to carry any heavy bottles from the shops)
Martin and his staff were fantastic, from the moment they picked us up from the airport we were very well looked after, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The villa itself had everything you could possibly need, all kitchen equipment, linen, iron, hairdryer.
We will definately be using this villa again and will recommend it to everyone. It would suit absolutely everyone from the young to the old, the families to the girlie groups. What a fantastic holiday in a fantastic villa looked after by fantastic staff. We loved it xx
