The picturesque centre of Santa Barbara de Nexe is a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive), here is a bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, doctor, bank, restaurants, bars and cafes. Santa Barbara is famous for its 15th century church. The main town of Loule is a 5 minute drive where you will find a hypermarket, more shops, restaurants and banks. The Saturday market in Loule is a main tourist attraction. World class golf can be found within 15 minutes drive including Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura championship courses. Vilamoura Marina is a favoured location for sophisticated dining. The fine sandy beaches of Vale do Lobo, Dunas Douradas and Vale do Garrao are less than 15 minutes drive. The villas is ideally located for Faro with the airport, old town, boutique shops, shopping centre and Marina to explore and only 9 miles away. Notes to the rental rates

To make a booking a 25% deposit is required with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday.
A damages deposit of £500 is payable 1 week before the holiday and will be returned 1 week after holiday ends.
The rental price includes 200 units of electricity any extra used to be charged at 25p per unit. 200 units is a sufficient supply for 1 weeks normal use. Any excess charge will be deducted from the damages deposit.

Cot and cot linen provided on request at a charge of £25 per week. Extra beds are charged at £45 per week. Highchair £18 per week. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned/heated. Smoking is permitted on the terraces and outside.

Exterior of the Property
The villa is reached by its own private private driveway and there is ample parking for 10 cars. Roman style totally private swimming pool 11m x 5m surrounded by ample sun loungers. BBQ and two al fresco dining terraces with tables and chairs. The ancient carob tree can provide shade for dining by day. There are superb views of Faro and coastal lights by night. An orange and lemon grove with almond, olive, fig, palm trees and natural foliage surround the property. The minimal light pollution gives clear views of the night sky. On the covered sun terrace adjacent to the villa are comfortable seats and a mosaic table with 4 chairs.
Interior of the Property
Kitchen - Contemporary units, beautifully hand finished in dark oak with s/steel appliances, including 5 burner gas hob, fan oven, dishwasher, double sink, large fridge/freezer, microwave, granite worktops and stools to bar area. The washing machine is located in the groundfloor cloakroom. Living Room - Tower entrance hall to stylish open plan living room with sumptuous leather settees and complementing dark wood furniture. 2 patio doors with stunning views over pool to ocean. Satellite TV, DVD, CD, ceiling projector, 92'' drop down screen & cinema sound. Dining area - Dining area with 12 seater dining table, bar area and gas lift stools. Snug room with open fire (can sleep 2 if required). Towels and linen included, cleaned twice weekly. Bathroom towels changed twice weekly. Extra cleaning by arrangement at £7 per hour. Saturday is changeover day. Normally arrival after 4pm, departure before 10am.
