Modern lodge with excellent views near St Andrews
Tastefully and fully furnished self catering lodge set on a hill in North East Fife with superb views over the surrounding countryside. While the location is peaceful and relaxing, it is not far from major routes to St Andrews, Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh. The lodge has two bedrooms - one king-size and one twin room - and a guest bed available which makes it ideal for families. The lodge features an open plan kitchen, dining and living room ensuring a bright, spacious feel. The lodge benefits from under floor central heating and is well insulated therefore being cold is never a worry. There is a veranda along the front with a table, chairs and parasol for any alfresco dining! The bathroom contains both a shower and a bath. The City of Dundee is only 13 miles north over the Tay Bridge, while St Andrews, the 'Home of Golf' is 15 miles east with its beaches, gardens, museums and of course, golf. The Fair City of Perth is 17 miles away, and Edinburgh approximately one hours drive.

Dundee to North with its many visitor attractions such as The Discovery Ship, also Olympia swimming pool, ten pin bowling, cinemas, ice skating, shopping centres. Perth to West, ideal for walking, shopping centres, swimming, pubs, restaurants. Attraction not to be missed - Scone Palace. Edinburgh to South, Scotland's capital, with castle, Princess Street shopping, Festival in August and countless other attractions. Fife itself has many attractions and Cairnie Maze and The Scottish Deer Centre are only minutes drive away.
