Luxurious detached villa, private pool, stunning views and mature private garden

Situated in the 250 acres pine forest of Vizcondado de Cabanyes, this luxurious south facing detached villa is set in attractive secluded private gardens with many mature trees and shrubs. The villa boasts two open sun terraces, one with a private swimming pool, and the other with a BBQ area. The villa is designed in Catalan style with semi-circular open plan lounge/dining area, fully fitted kitchen and overlooking a covered terrace for al-fresco dining. Accommodation for eight people includes one double en-suite with king sized bed, two twin en-suites each with two double sized beds and one twin room with two single beds. There is also a ground floor WC/Cloakroom. Off-street car parking is available for two cars. Although the villa is in a peaceful, rural location it is only a five minute drive from the local shops, beaches and a variety of restaurants.

The local village of Calonge provides a range of shops and services and is renowned for its summer open air concerts in the castle grounds. Palamos and Playa D'Aro are two nearby large towns, both a 15 minute drive away, that boast beautiful beaches, shops, numerous quality restaurants and bars. The villa is conveniently situated for daily excursions to Figueres, Cadaques, Girona and Barcelona and also a number of championship golf courses to be found along the coast, including the new PGA owned course close to Girona airport. Leisure activities abound in Playa D'Aro which includes a water park, bowling alley, fun fair, cinema and discos. All along the coastline can be found a variety of picturesque sandy cove beaches and magnificent signposted walks and trials. For those seeking peace and quiet and a well earned rest you could just, of course, laze around the pool and enjoy the sunshine.
