Situated in the town, on the hillside near to the sea and the port, the block is quiet with private pool and secure parking. From your terrace, where you can have all your meals, you will have a commanding view overlooking the sea, Nice, the 'Promenade des Anglais' and the port. The beaches are nearby and and quickly reached on foot or by bus, but you can sunbathe undisturbed by the pool, if you prefer. The town with its casinos (if you like to try your luck), museums and high class shops is at your feet and all the shops are close by. A supermarket is near to the building. There are numerous restaurants nearby and you will find the old town of Nice with its markets and its churches irresistible. The air conditioned quiet apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and has two rooms separated by the kitchenette and the bathroom, giving two completely separate sleeping areas. It has all the facilities you will need and you will have an excellent holiday there.

Mont Boron in NICE provides a peaceful and chic environment and the apartment is in an ideal location (the Saint Agnan bus stop is in front of the building) near the sea, the port and its restaurants. You are 5 minutes away by bus (15 minutes on foot) from the lively old town of Nice, with its markets, distinctive streets, antique dealers and great restaurants. Just as the nearest beach is a few minutes walk away, the 'Promenade des Anglais' is also close at hand and there are several buses that go to the beaches of Villefranche, Beaulieu, etc. You can travel by bus either to the town centre (with its numerous museums, shops, casinos) or to visit Monaco, Cannes, Antibes or Menton for one euro per trip. But you can also hire a car as the apartment has private parking and you can visit Italy or the Alps which are very near.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% deposit must be paid on reservation. The balance must be paid at least 1 month before the beginning of the rental period. If the reservation is made less than a month before the rental period, payment must be made in full on reservation. Arrival and departure dates are flexible. You should ideally arrive before midday. If you arrive in the afternoon (before 5.00 pm at the latest) we would be grateful if you could inform us when you book. The keys will be given you on site by the concierge, who will check with you on the condition of the apartment when you arrive and leave. You should vacate the premises before 10.30 am. Cleaning is included in the rental price. The cleaners will arrive between 10.30 am and 2.00 pm in order to welcome the new arrivals in a tidy and clean apartment. If you arrive during cleaning a room is available where you can wait: your luggage will be taken into the apartment.
  • On arrival you will be asked for a cheque of 300 euros as a security deposit. It will be returned to you when you leave provided that nothing in the apartment has been broken !
