Villa in the Provence with private pool and 100% privacy.

Our villa La Cisteraie lies in a very quiet area about 4 km south of Vidauban between the Pin Parasols on the edge of the Maures Mountains. The villa is surrounded by private (8.700 m2) grounds in which you will find a new swimming pool (11/5 m). Villa La Cisteraie has 3 bedrooms which can accommodate for holidays up to 6 people while in addition there is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. There is a living room with a cosy fireplace, a kitchen, two bathrooms and 1 toilet. The paved outdoor area is about 150 m2 with dinning table for 6 people. The villa is surrounded by sunny terraces, an outdoor barbecue and picnic table, a boule and badminton court and a large swimming pool (11 x 5m). Vidauban lies in the very heart of Provence, the South of France, just 40 minutes from St. Tropez. This medieval village, with a population of 5500 inhabitants plays a key role in wine production of the region. Three bedrooms (6 sleeps). Two bathrooms.

Lots of wine chateau's like Domaine Ott and Saint Roseline in the neighbourhood. The villa lies at the periferie of the Maures mountains with a great view on these mountains and the Pin Parasol trees. Great for walking. You can play golf on the most beautiful golf courses like Domaines de Saint Endréol or Valescure. Marseille is at less than one hour from our villa, the same for Nice and Cannes.

The bedrooms can accommodate six people in total. For a few days, eight people can stay in the house. Two bathrooms (in total). Separate toilet. Living room (about 35 m2) with fireplace, two benches, one armchair, bunk, dining table for six people, radio/CD player. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, deep fat fryer, hotplates (4) and a new dishwasher. Covered terrace with table, six chairs and illumination Terrace with shower. Pool (illuminated) with 6 deckchairs, 2 adjustable chairs and a shower. The pool is protected by an alarm and ring fenced. Cellar. Barbecue with picnic table.

We stayed in this villa for 12 days in May and liked it very much. Our group contained parents with two chilren (3,5 and 5,5 years) plus mother in law. The layout in the villa suited us quaite perfectly. Two bedrooms downstair, both with double beds and a view to the pool area. The middle floor contained entry hall, kitchen including everything that we needed (we made dinner at the house almost every evening) and dining/livingroom with fire place. 2nd floor contained one bedroom with balcony, AC and a bathroom thet didn't have toilet, so the only toilet was next to the other two bedrooms in 1 st floor. Shower was out of order as well in the 2nd floor bathroom. The Villa is in a very peaceful location and in general well maintained inside and out. There are also some toys for the pool and docking unit for iPod. There are lots of vinaries aroud and nice little towns to explore. House keeper guy was very friendly but only spoke french.
We would recommend this villa to any of our friends.
