The apartment 'Serenella' is new built and located only a few steps from the lake, the public pool and tennis courts. This apartment has a bedroom, a living room, full furnished kitchen also with dish washer, bathroom with tube and a private garden. In historic building 'Casa Torretta' is one apartment for 4-6 persons in 1st floor and one for 4-6 persons in 2nd and 3rd floor. This area is well known for doing a lot of water sports like sailing or windsurfing, hiking or biking in the mountains. Not a least a trip to Como and the big market on Saturdays is a big pleasure. On motor ships from April to September visitors can cruise along the lake and have lunch on board, an experience that will meet everybody's expectations. Along it's shores can be admired the wonderful eighteenth-century villas like Villa d'Este, Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi or Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo. In winter time you can reach the skiing area of Madesimo in about a one hours drive.

This is a brand new holiday apartment in a beautiful location, a short walk to the local town and the lake. The apartment is beautifully finished with everything you could want for a perfect holiday. We just loved the mountains surrounding us on every side. We also cycled a bit especially around the lake. You would need a car to get around, though. Loads of places to visit, a week is not enough. Ask the local neighbours regarding restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Serenella appartment in Gravedona, Italy.

The apartment is modern, very well equiped, very clean.
We really enjoyed it and would highly reccomend it to friends.

Wir waren von dieser geschmack - und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr angetan.Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir haben uns ab dem betreten der Wohnung bis zu unserer Abreise sehr heimisch gefühlt.
Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech,aber die freundliche und sehr saubere, helle Wohnung hat uns für den Regen entschädigt.Hervorzuheben ist auch das dazugehörige eingezäunte und gepflegte Grundstück,welches sehr gut auch für Kinder geeignet ist,da es hauptsächlich aus Rasen ( Klee ) besteht.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits und ruhig, aber nahe dem See und das Zentrum bzw. der Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
