A luxury, large, very private, fully air-conditioned, 4 bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool and separate children’s pool. Surrounded by ample landscaped gardens & terracing, having far reaching views of the Green Valley of Avsallar towards the Med. Sea. Outside there is a built in BBQ & table for alfresco dining or pre dinner drinks. For daytime relaxation there are poolside loungers, sunshades & shower. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, a further bathroom on the ground floor & separate WC. On the private second floor there is a very spacious wet room across from the bedroom which boasts a Jacuzzi bath with shower and WC. The large kitchen\dining area is cool & airy. The comfortable living room has TV\DVD with Satellite connection & stereo player with access to the balcony & lovely views across the valley. All internal flooring is of cool marble effect tiles. The property is located approx 1.5 miles from the sea and the local bars and restaurants of Avsallar.

Avsallar is a small yet lively town with many bars, restaurants & shops. The town’s shops stay open until around midnight and are well stocked with interesting antiques, crafts, jewellery, carpets and clothing. There are many small supermarkets some of which are happy to deliver groceries to the villa. There are also banks, cash points, chemists and doctors available within Avsallar. Alanya is a much larger town, having a beautiful harbour area, numerous bars, restaurants, night clubs & shops. The Queens Garden, a square with a central bar + an electric atmosphere is definitely worth a visit in the evenings. Boat trips from Avsallar to Alanya to visit the Damlatas caves + view the historical Red Tower of Alanya, Dolphin trips, Jeep Safaris, Rafting on the Manavgat River can be arranged locally at very reasonable prices. Wednesday is market day in Avsallar where many bargains are to be had. The Cleopatra beach in Alanya is also well worth a visit as is Side with many historical sites.

  • Booking notes
    To secure a booking a 20% deposit is required with the balance being due no later than 6 weeks prior to depature. A loss and breakage deposit is also reqiured of £100 at the time of paying balance. This will be returned subject to no breakages or losses. In the event of you having to cancel, loss of deposit will apply- cancellation charges up to 6 weeks prior to departure- loss of deposit, between 6-2 weeks 50% of rental cost between 2 weeks of departure 100% rental cost.

Notes: The kitchen is well equipped. Lounge with TV\DVD and satellite connection. CD/Stereo player. Two three seater sofas that convert into two single sofa beds and two further armchairs. Access to balcony. A\C. There is access to the large roof terrace with sun loungers and parasols via the master bedroom with stunning views of the Taurus Mountains and the Mediterranean. Cleaning of the villa will be weekly. White Egyptian cotton sheets + luxurious white Egyptian cotton towels are provided and will be changed each week. A welcome pack is also included of basic provisions. The villa is fully air conditioned & has air conditioning units that can also be used for heating in the cooler months. The villa is suitable for children but there are some steep steps where very young children would need to be supervised as they would when using the pool. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
