One of the advantages of the location is that you are close to Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Stores, Supermarkets, Drug stores, Cinema, Theatres, the taxi stand, the post office, banks end tourist information office.   Please, read carefully:

  - final cleaning except kitchnette (in low season);
  THE RATES NOT INCLUDE::
  - final cleaning:
  € 15 in middle season (only if you stay 1 week or more);
  € 35 in hight season (July and August);
  EXTRA:
  - stove € 3 per day;
  - dayly change linen € 10 per person;
  - dayli cleaning € 15 per day;
  - private Italian lesson and visit of town, dayli excursion in the island;
  -transfer to\from airport € 25;
  
• NOTE:
  - the flat will be given at 17,00 pm (possibility to deposit you luggage if you arrive before 17,00);
  - the flat should be left before 10,00 am;
  - the deposit (at your expense) that should be given when you book the flat is 30% of the total fare; the rest (please, only cash) will be given the day of arrival with a security deposit of 200€ that will be given back to you when you leave if everything is there are no damage to flat;
  - the kitchen tablecloth and napkin are not provided;
  - animals are not admitted;
  - it is not possible smoking in the apartments.
