This stylish and spacious modern townhouse comprises Kitchen, Living/dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite), bathroom and downstairs W/C. The Master bedroom is en-suite with patio doors to the secluded garden. The two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom and one has patio doors to the private terrace. All have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob and oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The lounge/dining room is comfortable with feature fireplace, TV with satellite, DVD and CD player. There is air conditioning and underfloor heating in the bedrooms and the living area. The secluded garden is not overlooked and has seating for six and sun loungers.

Meia Praia beach is a beautiful sandy beach stretching about 6km. It is dotted with bars and restaurants offering excellent food and very good value. Other beaches nearby include Alvor (15 mins), Luz (15 mins) and Praia de Rocha (20 mins). The ancient city of Lagos offers shopping, an unending selection of restaurants as well as bars and night clubs. The fish/vegetable market is open each morning while on the outskirts there are a number of excellent supermarkets. Lagos zoo (15 mins) makes for an excellent day out as the zoo boasts a top class restaurant. Waterparks are available at Lagoa (15 mins) and Guia (30 mins). Also at Guia is the Zoomarine park and the Algarve shopping centre which opens late most nights. A twenty minute drive takes you into the heart of the Monchique Mountains where excellent walking is available.

Golfers Heaven: Palmares golf is 5 mins by car or resort bus. Penina and Boa Vista within 15 minutes, the courses at Alvor and Parque da Floresta 20 minutes. The Vilamoura courses about 45 minutes. The new courses at Amendoeira 30 minutes.

For the kids: There is a large outdoor pool with a smaller kids pool on site. Tennis court and children's play area also on site. Pool and table football at the restaurant area and also a toddlers play area in the restaurant. A Kids club is also available on selected weeks during the season.
