A ground floor apartment, looking across to a large circular pool, and in one of the prime locations on this prestigious development, with both sea and mountain views from the ample terrace. It accommodates 4 people, offering a double room with king size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom and separate shower room with WC. The kitchen with its granite worktops is well equipped with cupboards and shelves, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, spacious fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Ample crockery, glassware, utensils, cafetiere, electric kettle, toaster, etc. Iron and ironing board. The lounge/diner has sliding glass doors onto the terrace, with patio table and chairs. Sumptuous leather sofas, with contemporary occasional and dining furniture. Cream marble floors and soft rugs. Flat screen digital TV with English channels, DVD/CD player with surround sound. Bedding and towels included, but please supply your personal towels for the pool and beach

Explore the winding streets of nearby CASARES PUEBLO clinging to the mountainside or venture further into Andalucia's spectacular mountains to see GAUCIN, JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, RONDA or GRAZALEMA. CADIZ and SEVILLE can be explored in a day, whilst there are many organized day excursions to MOROCCO. Children will enjoy SELWO SAFARI PARK, the crocodile centre, and chairlift up into the mountains at BENALMADENA. Here the amusement centre at the TIVOLI GARDENS caters for all ages. Fiestas abound throughout the year. Locals will dress up in traditional costume, hold spectacular parades in honour of the saints, or ride in full Andalucian costume on their splendid horses. We have returned from our fantastic holiday and we loved your apartment which was clean and very well equipped. The terrace outside was so nice for dinner and it was very quiet and relaxing. The pools were an attractive place to sit and laze about. Ideally located for all amenities and near the beach. Around the area there's lots of places to visit and many nice Restaurants to enjoy the spanish tapas. Casares is very picturesque and worth a visit as are the other local towns of Estapona, Puerto Banus and Marbella among others. We would like to thank you for the nice week, we enjoyed our stay so much and considered that the next time we have to stay longer. We would have no hesitation about recommending it to friends and family, and will definitely consider it for future holidays.
Owner's Response: I am really glad that Ilda and her husband, together with their 12 year old daughter, enjoyed our apartment and its convenient location so much, finding such a wide and varied choice of activities to fill their time that a longer stay could easily have been taken. Their journey from Lisbon by car took them 7- 8 hours.

We had a wonderful stay in Estepona!

My husband and I wanted a relaxing spot for our anniversary and this was it. The property was perfect for a weeklong romantic getaway. The apartment is exactly as described and is luxurious and spacious. It is in a great location for exploring the area, including spots such as Gibraltar, Casares, and Morocco. The owner gave us great recommendations on restaurants, beaches, and shopping spots within a short drive of the apartment. I highly recommend staying here.
