Amazing sunset and sea view. Large infinity pool. The recently restored spacious farmhouse lies in an expanse of vast woodland and has unspoiled views to the sea and countryside. The house offers a luxury style of living and a great feeling of peace. The villa has thick stone walls and is an authentic 'casa payesa'. Beautiful gardens surround the villa and there is an oriental feeling supplied by the Bali gazebo and oriental teak wood furniture, great comfort for sitting out with fountain and fish pond as well as the large infinity pool with sunset view (May to September). All beautifully lit at night. Two bedrooms have four-poster beds. Large kitchen has all mod-cons, a large island, perfect for people that enjoy preparing meals. State of the arts home cinema in the basement,(restricted use) an open fire place in the main lounge, and air conditioning hot/cold in all bedrooms. Already a well appreciated wedding location. Cala Moli, Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo, Cala D`Hort, Cala Tarida etc. Beaches that have good restaurants for eating fish or good paellas. This property is also not far from the little village of Sant Josep with attractive restaurants, shops etc. Ibiza town is only a 20 minute drive away. Lovely country walks from the villa. A little winding track leads off from the road Sant Josep - Cala Vadella. Secluded and very private.

Paths have been cleared in the 30 acres of woodland for strolls out from the villa. The villa is situated in an area with a very special micro.climate. Protected from the wind and sun traps to be found all day long. Beautifully lit for night time enjoyment of garden and surroundings. Music system with outside speakers. WiFi connection to internet. Towels provided for the pool. This villa has its own web-site which can be viewed.

The old bread oven may be used by clients, burning fire wood to obtain heat for roasting meats or baking pizzas etc.
