The recently restored spacious farmhouse lies in an expanse of vast woodland and has unspoilt views to the sea and countryside. The house offers a luxury style of living and a great feeling of peace. The villa has thick stone walls and is an authentic 'casa payesa'. Beautiful gardens surround the villa and there is an oriental feeling supplied by the Bali gazebo and oriental teak wood furniture. Two bedrooms have four-poster beds with mosquito nets. Paths for walking in the pine forest and lead to the beach. The large kitchen has two electric ovens, and a large island, perfect for people that enjoy cookery. There are lots of cosy corners and outside seating.for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Anyone wishing for an out of season holiday, the villa has a state of the arts home cinema in the basement, an open fire place in the main lounge, and air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms. This property is also not far from the little village of Sant Josep with attractive restaurants, shops etc. Ibiza town is only a 20 minute drive away. Lovely country walks from the villa.
