I liked very much the surroundings. The apartment was situated in a very nice part of the town. You provided good customer service, we appreciated the fruit, water and wine as a nice welcome gesture. The apartment was a bit small for four persons and the sound of the fridge was disturbing during the night. The pool at Via Lungarno Ferucci wasn't public wich was very dissapointing for us since vi traveled with 2 children.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

the flat is definitely for a young couple with small children. Definitely located, they do not need to have a car. It is a pity that they do not sleep well on couches, however, it is clean and held well by térésa who is very nice. We can count on her if necessary.

The apartment is perfect for 3 girls. Clean and well-furnished. What we did most appreciate is that it is well located, at walking distance from all tourist activities and sightseeing sites. Very close to Arno river and PonteVecchio. Thanks to Francesca and Teresa for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Francesca's apartment last weekend with our two little kids. It's a tiny house, very clean and confortable. It's perfect for a couple. With the kids we spent most of our time visiting and walking around Florence and went back to the house in the evening, so it was very good for us.
The house is located in an easy-to-reach area either walking or by bus, and walking uphill to the piazzale Michelangelo was a very wonderful sight.
It's been a very good three days vacation.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our family of 4 stayed in early April and only for a few days so this apartment suited our needs. We were given easy instructions to follow to get to the apartment from the train station. From the apartment it was short walk to the centre of town to all the sites and attractions. As we are unfamiliar with the metric squared system of measurement we were not sure what to expect in terms of size. We expected small because of the description that said "cozy" but even we were a little surprised. However, again we were only there a few days so this was not a big problem. I would recommend this apartment best suits a couple. The owner, Francesca, was very solicitous in making sure we had arrived and Teresa, the person who looks after the apartment is very sweet and welcomed us warmly after having had to wait for our arrival. The apartment, though small, was clean and well cared for and was nicely furnished. I would like to thank both Francesca and especially Teresa, for their help, as my son forgot a special book and they were kind enough to go to the trouble of getting it back to us.
