PALAZZO MARGHERITA This beautiful house, in the village of Tresnuraghes, gives that touch of luxury and comfort to your holiday. In the village you can experience the Sardinian way of life and mix with locals in the shops bars and restaurant. Being only 6/8 mins drive from Bosa, the coast and beaches the house offers the best of both worlds. The rear courtyard is shaded by orange and lemon trees and has a built in BBQ. There is a terrace from one of the bedrooms that catches the sun most of the day. Being furnished to a high standard and recently decorated this house is 'Something Special'. Parking at the front of the house you enter into an impressive hall leading to the lounge, dining room, breakfast room, well equipped kitchen and ground floor bathroom. Upstairs, still tiled with original antique tiles, the large landing leads to a large well fitted bathroom and four large bedrooms all with ample storage. The whole property has very high ceilings giving a very light spacious feel.

Tresnuraghes is a typical Sardinian village 10 minutes from the historic town of Bosa. It has shops bars and a pizzeria and nearby restaurants. It is set in a very picturesque area suitable for walking and observing wildlife and has views of the sea. Bosa is set on the banks of the river Temo. The historical centre of the town slopes up from the river and is topped by Malaspina Castle; a walk through the cobbled streets up to the castle is well worth the effort. Bosa has lots of pavement bars cafes and restaurants as well as clothes, jewellery and shoe shops displaying fine Italian fashions. There are also churches, museums and a cathedral; the high narrow streets of the old Italian town give a warm romantic feel. On the road back to Tresnuraghes is the seaside resort of Bosa Marina the main attraction being a long wide strip of gently shelving sandy beach leading to crystal clear water. Here there is a variety of beach bars and restaurants and facilities for many water sports.
