Situated in Playa Fañabe in the south, Yucca Park is just 160 yards from the beach and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. An attractive two level complex of one and two bedroom apartments, the resort features an impressive central swimming pool, squash, sauna and a pool bar.Shops, bars and restaurants are near by. The apartment has 2 terraces one with sunbeds, table and chairs.There is a flat screen TV(with BBC1, ITV,C4, C5 etc), DVD player, microwave, toaster, kettle, safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, ceiling fans etc. Sliding patio doors lead onto the terrace which overlooks the pool.

Price is based on two sharing. Each extra person £25 per week. £100 deposit cheque on booking, with remaining balance due 2 months before. £100 returnable security deposit is required to cover breakages and return of key. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of start date require full payment.

For Christmas and New Year an additional £100 is added to the rental rate. The additional amount per person remains as £25.
