Situated in Playa Fañabe in the south, Yucca Park is just 160 yards from the beach and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. An attractive two level complex of one and two bedroom apartments, the resort features an impressive central swimming pool, squash, sauna and a pool bar.Shops, bars and restaurants are near by. The apartment has 2 terraces one with sunbeds, table and chairs.There is a flat screen TV(with BBC1, ITV,C4, C5 etc), DVD player, microwave, toaster, kettle, safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, ceiling fans etc. Sliding patio doors lead onto the terrace which overlooks the pool.

  • Price is based on two sharing. Each extra person £25 per week. £100 deposit cheque on booking, with remaining balance due 2 months before. £100 returnable security deposit is required to cover breakages and return of key. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of start date require full payment.
  • For Christmas and New Year an additional £100 is added to the rental rate. The additional amount per person remains as £25.
  • The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.

Nice apartment, excellent value for money. Exactly as described, with nice terrace overlooking the pool area. Good facilities, the English TV channels and book cupboard are a nice touch!! Very hot during our stay - the ceiling fans were essential!!

Great for a quiet and relaxing holiday, but not too far away from the action for those who like things a little livelier! Good local supermarkets to help keep costs down.

Nice poolside bar with friendly owner, Colin, who does good, reasonably priced snacks during the day. My son ate him out of chips and garlic bread during our stay!!

This was our first time of booking independently and it was nice to feel that you were not just on a package holiday with a tour operator.

Good communication from owners. Would recommend to anyone.

Good value in great location

If you shy away from the larger, more boisterous 'boozy' resorts, the apartment's location will be a bonus. Fanabe is still lively, but continue walking ten minutes round the bay to the up-market 'del Duque' for a more sophisticated experience of Tenerife. The resort has a beautiful sandy beach and an air of affluence. Yucca Park had everything on its doorstep and although the complex was well used, it was not crowded. Nights were peaceful and quiet and the apartment's ceiling fans were a welcome addition to the good facilities. We enjoyed the large private terrace and made good use of the spotlessly clean and extensive pool facilities. We wanted a relaxing short break - swimming, sitting in the sun, reading on the terrace, promenade walks, eating out and generally chilling - and we were not disappointed. Very good value for money and the sun shone for the entire week!

Super apartment! Fab holiday!

The apartment is well equipped, clean, comfortable and well furnished. The balcony is very spacious with a good view of the pools and very safe and secure for small children. There is also a walled area at the back of the apartment with table and chairs so you can 'catch some rays' morning and evening. Entertainment systems include flat screen tv (with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and CH5) and dvd player. In the newly tiled bathroom there is a bath, shower and bidet with plenty of hot water. There is a maid service everyday except Sunday.

Yucca Park complex is very relaxing, peaceful and very quiet on an evening. It is well maintained, has three separate pools from shallow (for children) to very deep which are cleaned daily, plenty of sunbeds and there is also a pool bar which is open nearly all day (happy hour between 3-5pm).

The complex is quiet but only a short walk away from the wonderful beach with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. We had a lot of good food and wine but we would thoroughly recommend the Gran Reserva restaurant which is just two minutes walk from Yucca Park (turn left out of the complex). We would also recommend a delightful little Cocktail Bar which is on the beach, comfy 'lay-back' deck chairs, chill out music and the sea only yards away. Heaven! Can't remember what it was called but its the last one on the beach before you reach the Moonlight Bar.

We had a fab holiday and we would thoroughly recommend this aparment. The booking with the owners was very easy and friendly with a very quick response to our communications.

Lovely apartment, would recommend!

The apartment has everything you need for your stay, very comfortable and an added bonus with the ceiling fans. The balcony is safe and not really over looked much, and has two sunbeds aswell as table and chairs. The apartment is in a great location, wasn't too busy. You could always get a sunbed by one of the 2large pools and we didn't hear any noise at night. We travelled with our one year old and found that the complex was great with a clean childs pool and a small launderette- a must with a baby!

The beach and amenities are 5mins walk away, loads of nice restaurants to choose from.

The booking was friendly and easy and we would definitly recommend this to others!
