Photos and Description of this La Torre Golf Resort holiday villa Beautifully furnished - many extras to make an enjoyable family holiday.

One of the very few properties on the resort to have a 7x3 m heated pool/Jacuzzi, essential if you want to swim between Oct and May. The villa is thoughtfully furnished to a very high standard. There are 4 bicycles available, a PS2, internet access, a combination safe, and a large flat screen TV/DVD/Video with satellite. There are several games and DVDs in the villa plus tennis rackets and lilos. The kitchen has everything you need for easy self catering, including an electric grilling machine. The resort is built around a superb 18 hole golf course with many facilities. There are several restaurants, a tapas bar, a sports bar, a brilliantly stocked supermarket, hairdresser medical centre and the club house. There is a free shuttle bus with runs between the 3 Polaris resorts several times a day. All baby equipment can be arranged at a small extra cost.

The Costa Calida is a beautiful part of Spain, only recently discovered by overseas tourists. It boasts over 320 days of sunshine a year and an average daily temperature of 21'C. La Torre Golf Resort is the second Polaris World Golf resorts to open in the Murcia region, providing luxury accommodation and superb facilities for the whole family. The resort is very spacious with an 18 hole golf course, landscaped gardens and a lake. Take advantage of the free shuttle bus to visit the other Polaris resorts/golf courses and sample their restaurants/bars. The Mar Menor (or little sea) is the largest inland sea in Europe and has lovely, safe beaches, a picturesque nature reserve and the famous mud flats with 'healing properties'. The historical Roman town of Cartagena is a 20min drive from La Torre, with a lively port area and great shops. Murcia, the capital of the region, has a beautiful Cathedral and very cosmopolitan atmosphere. The nearest beach at Santiago has a ferry to La Manga.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £200 deposit is required to secure your booking. This also acts as a breakages deposit. The full rental amout is due 8 weeks prior to departure. The deposit is returned in full within 21 day, provided the villa is left in a satisfactory condition and all keys are returned. There is a changeover fee of 60 Euros payable locally to the couple who look after our villa, Ron and Chris.
    Mid stay changes of linen and towels can be arranged. Pool heating is available at an optional, additional cost of £60 per week. Long term lets offer a substantial discount.
