Lying in its own private enclosed grounds of 6 acres at just 3 kms from the centre of Uzès, this fabulous property, once a traditional Bergerie, has been luxuriously renovated to the highest standards. The grounds are partly landscaped with olive trees and lavender, partly wooded with an enclosure of wild deer and donkeys. The pool, 6 x 12, heatable, with an electric safety cover, has a view towards the Duchy tower with large surrounding terraces. The property itself proposes 400 m2 on two floors and has kept the main salon of 150m2 with the original stone arches, fabulous dimensions. Well equipped kitchen, interior dining area plus summer dining terrace leading off the kitchen with BBQ The seven double bedrooms, tastefully decorated, all have en suite bathrooms and air conditioning, plus TV. Swimming pool with electric shutter, private tennis court, mountain bikes, table tennis, easy access to the centre of Uzes.
