Located just 5 mins’ drive from the beach, El Campanario is quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 to 15 minutes from the larger resorts such as Puerto Banus and Marbella. The complex has fantastic communal gardens with beautiful lazy river and waterfall features, a lovely freeform pool, with bridge features plus a seperate children’s pool for the smaller child. Sun loungers are available. The lounge is well furnished with traditional wooden furniture and leads out to a spacious balcony, furnished with aluminium table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The one double & twin bedrooms are also furnished with wooden furniture & the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring twin sinks. The area is surrounded by some of the traditional `white' villages and of course with easy access to the miles of beaches all with their different ambience, there is always something to suit everyone & is therefore ideal for families. Great Public transport and a abundence of taxis available.

El Camanario is a very pleasant complex 8 miles west of puerto Banus, with along seafront promenade closeby, perfect for those sunset strolls or winter walks. It has a wide sandy beach and a fishing port where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats, but you will have to be up early for the fish auction! The Main area has numerous cafes and restaurants amid remnants of old castle walls and traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families. For those seeking nightlife, the exclusive bars and clubs of Puerto Banus are 10 minutes by car. or you also have a great bus service a few minutes walk from the apartment or walk to the bars & restaurants and get a taxi (there are many) to the port. Alternativley (for a small fee) utilise the luxury facilities of the private on site clubhouse

Refundable breakages deposit of 225€ required prior to arrival, to be refunded within a week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due on booking with the balence due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the holiday dates requested are less than eight weeks then full amount will be payable. None refundable on cancellation unless the party has a medical emergency preventing them from traveling. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.

1.5 - 2 hours form the Sierra Navada one of Spains best kept secrets with miles and miles of slopes & lifts and has been known to ski in to May (Best November - April). The area is known to have one exclusive feature, Ski in the morning and sunbath on the beach in the afternoon. Cant beat it. !!!!!

Golf Information:

Guadalmina Golf and La Quinta Golf are located close by and overlooked by the beautiful foothills of the Ronda Mountains so the property is therefore ideally located for golfing. Guadalmina is One of the original Golf courses on the coast and has two courses simply names Norte (North) & Sur (South), this scenic course is challenging, but very visitor friendly. In 2002 it was virtually rebuilt with new tees greens and re-turfed fairways. The North course is more undulating with a lot more trees and water. The Guadalmina River runs through the course, which comes into play on several of the fairways. And this is just a couple of courses there are many more within 2-3 kms from the apartment.
