The apartment has all self catering facilities - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer oven, hob, ironing etc. Air-conditioning, gas central heating throughout. The town centre (within the resort) consists of an excellent supermarket, shops, restaurants, health centre, Irish Pub, the Resort's club House with its bars, restaurant and facilities, all within a few minutes walk. DVD, Car Parking and an internal phone (all calls within the resort are free) are provided. 24hr security. Probably the best Golf Resorts in Europe the Jack Nicklaus 'The Bear Trail' will realise 6 resorts all within a few kilometres of themselves, 3 of which are already up and running (free shuttle provided)- La Torre, El Valle,and Mar Menor Golf Resorts. The Intercontinental Hotel (5 Star) soon to be completed, will be the ultimate in luxury facilities.
