2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Luxury 1st floor Apartment with lift,overlooking the 18th fairway on Jack Nicklaus' La Torre Golf Resort.The apartment has all self catering facilities,washing machine,dishwasher, microwave,fridge/freezer oven,hob,ironing etc.Air-conditioning, gas central heating throughout.The town centre (within the resort) consists of an excellent supermarket,shops, restaurants, health centre, Irish Pub, the Resort's club house with its bars, restaurant and facilities, all within a few minutes walk. DVD,Car Parking and an internal phone (all calls within the resort are free) is provided. 24hr security.Probably the best Golf Resorts in Europe the Jack Nicklaus 'The Bear Trail' 6 resorts all within a few kilometres of themselves, 3 of which are already up and running (free shuttle provided)- La Torre, El Valle,and Mar Menor Golf Resorts. The Intercontinental Hotel (5 Star) opens New years Eve,and is the ultimate in luxury facilities.Baby cot and high chair provided.

Everything is of a high standard here, both the apartment and the Polaris World resort.

The apartment is plush, clean and comfortable, plenty of space for four adults, and contains all amenities for a relaxed holiday. Handover arrangements are very efficient.

There is a nice shared pool next to the apartment, with space around it to lounge. The resort also has restaurants, supermarket and other shops. And, of course, golf! If you just want to chill, you really wouldn't have to leave the resort.

You'll need to hire a car to get to and from the airport, and the beach, but the roads are fine.

Excellent apartment with all the home comforts you might need.

Good kitchen facilities (plates, cutlery, cooking equipment, tea, sugar, washing liquids/powders etc) and all appliances available to use (cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher).

Lounge and dining area are comfortable with ample seating.

Balcony is big, enough room for a table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining! - and a good place to get some shade. Overlooks the communal pool area and the start of the 18th fairway.

Pool area is good for lazing around in, but not for serious swimming (who wants to do that on holiday anyway?!)

For golfers (which is the reason we visited and why we chose this area) the location is excellent, plenty of courses in the area, prices and quality vary.

We have stayed in this apartment twice now – it was ideal for our needs and we will almost certainly go again.

Other advice - hire a car (which is fairly cheap) so you can visit Murcia and San Javier, and go between golf courses. Getting here is easy – Alicante airport (just over an hour’s drive) has plenty of flights, Murcia San Javier airport (20 mins) a few less.

Brand new apartment in a luxury condominium with premium view of the pool and golf course, every thing is allready there like at home, you fell more invited than renting.
Top cleaning maintenance and security inside and out. Closed parking space very usufull for the afternoon sun. All you can need inside the condo, you can stay there all the time, no need to get out.
Friendly and very helpfull owners.
Lovely seaside all around and the most warm waters you can get in Spain.
