Sunny side Villa is set in a quiet location ideal for families and couples wishing to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday. The villa is modern and comfortable with an 8 x 4 m swimming pool set in beautiful, not overlooked gardens. The large patio area has a BBQ, comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers. The villa sleeps 6 with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with balcony accessible from 2 bedrooms. High chair and cot available. 2 modern bathrooms. Fully air conditioned and decorated to a high standard throughout. The modern, well equipped kitchen has dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Open plan lounge/dining area seats 6 with comfortable, modern furniture, tv, dvd, satellite system and stereo. Towels and beach towels provided, maid service mid let and linen changed weekly. The owners live locally and will be around to offer you a warm welcome and ensure you enjoy your stay on this beautiful Mediterranean island.

Watersport lovers can enjoy a great range of watersports further along the golden coastline at Konnos Bay. Cape Greko is an area of outstanding natural beauty and Ayia Napa with its fabulous bars, restaurants and nightlife is 10 minute drive away. The main town of Paralimni is a ten minute drive away and offers a combination of local tavernas, traditional and modern shopping facilities and 2 beautiful churches.
