“Il Tasso” is a Tuscan 240 acres estate located between Florence & Lucca in a hilly panoramic position overlooking a wonderful scenery. The villa it's a large old mansion(600 m2)with the traditional Tuscan style originally built in the 1790 and completely restored saving the original design. The building is on 3 levels: ground, first & second floor. The ground floor is made of a large income,a very large living room, cards room, bathroom with shower room, a very large kitchen with a big galley, diner room. On 1st floor a beautiful library- living room, 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second floor can be rented on request for groups larger than 10 people. The furniture in the villa is carefully&stylefully selected with your comfort in mind.The front of the villa has a wonderful garden and a patio where in summer is used as dinner barbecue for many people. The large pool is in a natural terrace with a stunning panoramic view, a real paradise where you'll wish you could stay forever

Under two hours you reach the famous Gulf of Tigullio and the incredible Portofino & Santa Margherita. The villa is at only 3 miles far from Pistoia city centre where restaurants, bars and every kind of stores can be found. Pistoia is a small medieval jewel; don’t forget sightseeing in its famous historic centre. Not far away from Pistoia departs a cultural itinerary from Carmignano to the Medicean Villas of Artimino, Poggio a Caiano, Castello.

This charming mansion , built on 3 levels, has a total surface of about 600 mt2 and an outside area of about 240 acres land.On the gound floor we find the large income just in the middle of the floor; on the left side the main living room with its vaulted roof, bathroom with shower room and the upstairs, on the other side the smoking/cards room with fireplace, diner room and a very large kitchen with a big gallery – laundry room.The diner room has a comfortable access onto the garden where you’ll find table and chairs to dining outside enjoying a superb view.On the first floor a beautiful library- living room with fireplace , four large bedrooms and two bathrooms.The second floor, has two bedrooms, one bathroom, two livings, diner room and kitchen. It has also an independence entrance on the opposite side of the mai access to the villa.This part of the villa can be rented on request for groups larger than 10 people.Villa “Il Tasso” is a building in fine style furnished.
