This 3 bedroom linked villa is in a great location just a few miles west of Albufeira. It is one of 15 houses on a small condominium built around a large pool and garden. The accommodation consists of a good size lounge/diner with double patio doors leading out onto a private decked terrace facing towards the pool and garden. There are 3 bedrooms - the two main ones are located on the 1st floor - one double ensuite with a balcony looking over the pool, one twin with 2 single beds with a balcony with views of the sea and the mountains. The 3rd small bedroom with bunkbeds is on the ground floor, suitable for children. Both 1st floor bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. There is a fully fitted kitchen, 1 shower room/WC, 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite bathroom. It is safe for children as it has perimeter fencing with lockable gates. There is plenty of grass area for children to play and as the pool is right in front of the patio it is easy to keep an eye on them when swimming.

In the immediate area, you have a fantastic choice of beaches and coves. Castelo Beach is approximately a 10 minute walk. Others in the area include Evaristo, Gale, São Rafãel, Lourenço and Coelha. Within easy walking distance there is a choice of good restaurants. Less than 10 minutes by car is Albufeira Old Town which has a never-ending choice of restaurants and bars, a beautiful long sandy beach, live music venues, the Square which in the summer months hosts a lot of traditional entertainment, an abundance of shops and altogether a great atmosphere. It offers something for both young and old. Many water parks are within easy reach including Aqualand and Zoomarine (where you can swim with the Dolphins). For the golfers in your party, Salgados is only 5 minutes in the car, Amendoeira, Pinecliffs and Balaia 15, and many others less than 30 minutes away. 'Algarve Shopping' which hosts a variety of shops, a large supermarket, 8 screen cinema and bowling alley is a 10 minute drive.

General: For stays of 7 nights or more maid service is twice weekly. Towels are changed twice a week and linen once a week. On your day of arrival the accommodation will be ready for you from 3.00 pm. On your day of departure you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am. However, whenever possible we do like to accommodate our guests according to their flight times and this information will be available close to the time of your holiday.

Transport: It is not necessary to have a car for this villa as there are some good restaurants within walking distance and the nearest beach is only a 10-15 minute walk. However, we do recommend hiring a car, even for part of your stay as there are many wonderful places to see on the Algarve and it is a shame not to explore a little. We can organise airport transfers or car hire for you.
