Notes to the rental rates

• Arrivals should not be before 4pm.
  Departures by 11am please
  An initial deposit of £100.00 per week is required in order to secure the booking.
  A security deposit is required at a rate of £110.00 per week. This is supplied as a seperate cheque and is not banked for the duration of your stay. If any damage or missing items are advised by the management company an amount may be taken with the balance paid back to the guest with a full explanation.
  Security cheque payments are made at the same time as final payment which is 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  Payments will either be to a UK or US address.
  Pool heat is chargable at £10.00 per day.
  Mid week cleans are available from the MC.

Privacy fencing around pool area

In 2007 new screening was installed around the outside perimeter of the pool screen, which will guarantee total privacy for you and your party. Within the pool area we have supplied many sun beds, tables and a BBQ for your enjoyment. A pool cover is supplied which should be used between October and April to ensure pool temperature is maintained. A large table is available in the lanai area where most of our guests choose to have their meals.

Washing Facilities and kitchen

In the games room you will find both a washer and dryer for guests to use. Washing powder is not supplied. The kitchen area is extremely well equipped with china crockery and glass for inside the villa and plastic for around the pool. We have supplied every gadget and labour saving device to ensure less time spent in the kitchen and more time around the pool.

Hampton Lakes Facilities

The beautiful walled community of Hampton Lakes offers some facilities for both children and adults. Tennis, basketball and volleyball are available to our guests and you should find sports equipment in the games room. There is also a play area for the young ones nearby. For larger groups a communal pool can be used complete with changing rooms at no extra charge,
