Villa Thamina is a luxury property that rests in landscape gardens, elevated on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean with magnificent views across the bay. The villa is a beautiful work of art providing spacious four bedroom accommodation where you will instantly feel at home. Our dream was to create the most idyllic place to stay in Coral Bay. This unique property is available to rent and is ideal for honeymooners, wedding groups, families, friends or film and fashion shoots. The villa itself is split into four levels. On the ground level a spacious open plan double lounge, dining area,and kitchen with granite worktops providing a large fridge /freezer electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave. There is satellite 37' LCD-TV with 24 hour movie channels, DVD and CD player. The ground & first floor each have two bedrooms & bathrooms. Private overflow swimming pool 12X8 metres & pool shower. The basement contains a bathroom, utility with washing machine &fridge freezer.

  • A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking followed by the final payment 8 weeks prior to departure, plus a security deposit of £400 will be added to the final payment. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage.

    Tourist books, maps and guides are provided in order to make the most out of your stay.
    All windows and patio doors, are fitted with fly screens. A/C to all rooms, cold for summer & hot for the winter months.

Notes: The front of the house boasts two driveways accessed through large decorative gates. There is ample secure parking for five cars. The steps from the villa go down to the large open plan basement which contains the fourth bathroom and utility with a washing machine, dryer and large fridge freezer. There is also a pool table in the covered area. From the basement more steps to the large overflow pool 12 x 8 metres surrounded by a tiled area and landscaped gardens. There are tables, chairs, a gazeebo with two sofas & chair, sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided. The gardener and pool cleaner will appear sometime during your stay, but will be as unobtrusive as possible. Wireless broadband is provided at no extra charge. Kitchen is fully equipped with rice cooker, water cooler, grill, designer dining ware sets &crystal glasses. In the effort to keep our villa in perfect condition, we ask you that you refrain completely from smoking inside.

The Perfect Holiday Rental

I had a fantastic time staying at this villa. The property is in the perfect location being only minutes from the exclusive seaside town of Coral Bay, yet set back in the hills making for a amazingly peaceful setting. The views overlooking the Coral Bay coast line are increadible and the sunset is the best I've ever seen. It is about ten minutes drive into Paphos and is surrounded by fantastic tavernas and cypriate sights. Mary was extremely helpful and truely did go out of her way to provided a stress free holiday.

The property itself is very spacious inside and finished to a very high spec. It cleaned throughout to a high professional standard and with a overflow swimming pool overlooking the increadible coast line this property really is the perfect holiday rental!

Whether its a peaceful retreat with fantastic views or a holiday packed with increadible sights and fantastic local food and wine, this villa has it all.

The most enjoyable property I've ever stayed at.

Beautiful detached villa with awsome open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with a truly magnificant marble staircase leading to bedrooms. Beautifully maintained in a showcase presentation. Furnishings and decorative finishings exquisitely presented. Every cooking appliance, and tableware imaginable.

Terraced landscaped garden with infinity swimming pool; great to relax, sunbathe or cool off in the afternoon sun.

Car is essential as hilltop setting with commanding views of the sea; I would recommend an automatic car.

Close to Coral bay or short drive from Paphos with innumerable shops, and restaurants.

Enjoy the sun-set and the stars not to be missed.
