Completed in 2007, this 4 bedroom property offers spacious and well equipped accommodation in a tranquil village setting. The villa is located on the edge of the peaceful village only 10 mins drive from the sea and the picturesque and historic town of Porec. The property accommodates 8-10 people very comfortably, with 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms. There is a spacious open plan living area leading onto a covered terrace overlooking the heated pool and landscaped garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and 2 fridge/freezers (1 for those cold beers!). On the first floor there is an additional lounge containing a sofa bed which also leads onto a terrace which affords great views over the surrounding countryside. The village includes a mini-mart within a 5 mins walk for essential supplies. Several excellent (also exceptional value) restaurants are nearby. Sun loungers, deck chairs provided.

The villa is located on the edge of a peaceful village only 10 mins drive from the sea and the picturesque and historic town of Porec. Beautiful beaches are located in the various coves along the coast within a 10-15 minute drive. Most are rocky with swimming platforms which extend out into the sea, which is exceptionally clean. Southward along the forested coastline are the resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna. There are well equipped and picturesque marinas within 30 minutes drive at Porec, Rovinj, Novigrad and Vrsar. A short and scenic drive inland takes you to the pine forests and rolling hills topped with historic ancient towns such as Motovun, Grozjnan and Hum. A daily return fastcat ferry service (2 hours) runs from Porec harbour to Venice. Other places to visit: Hum (the smallest town in the world.) Baredine Caves, Limski fjord (taste the beautiful cheeses, olives, wines and Grappa). The Amphitheatre in Pula is an amazing, historical place to visit.

Patio door opens onto large covered terrace, garden and pool area. Dining table & chairs for al fresco dining. There is a first floor lounge/games room containing an additional TV, DVD player and Sony Playstation with various computer games and DVDs. An additional feature of the property is the first floor terrace which provides a great spot to watch the sunset. There is central heating as well as air conditioning throughout the property. Care should be taken with small children as the pool is 6 feet deep in places. Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the property.

Travel: Car hire is recommended. Ryanair operates Stansted - Pula (30 mins to villa) and Stansted - Trieste (1 hour 30 mins to Villa). Easyjet operates Luton - Rijeka (1 hour 15 mins to Villa) and Stansted - Ljubljana (2 hours to Villa). Thomsonfly operates Birmingham - Pula (30 minutes to Villa). Roads are good and generally uncrowded.

Skiing: The nearest well known ski resort is Kranska Gora in Slovenia, which is about 2.5 - 3 hours drive.

Well equiped villa in a lovely quiet environment, only 6 Km. from Poreç, Istria, Croatia. We have spent a lot of time in the pool and the pool area.
Villa manager Jasmin is most helpful. Due to her knowledge of the English language she can give you a lot of interesting details. The visit of the ancient cities of Rovinj and Pula is a must. In the inland there are several ancient villages, worth while visiting.
We recomment the restaurant, on walking distance of the villa.

We were very satisfied of the week we have spent in your villa. The quality of the building, furniture and equipment was one of the highest we have experienced. We will be happy to recommend it to our friends.
It is a good and quiet place from which it is easy to visit the coast and the inland villages.

This superbly appointed villa is located on the edge of a small, traditional village surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Spacious, comfortable and with all mod-cons for a relaxing holiday. Everything very clean, including linen and towels. The garden is large enough for children's games and the pool is clean and large enough for a few strokes. We were a party of 8 including 4 children under 11, and can but highly recommend the property.
