Spacious bathroom with romantic 2 person Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. Master bedroom, second double bedroom and third triple bedroom, all with wardrobes. Spacious lounge with log burner for winter months, TV , satellite, DVD and PlayStation Included. Fitted kitchen with large fridge, oven and hob and washing machine. Freezer in out house. Gas central heating fitted and instant hot water boiler. Set in own grounds with private pool 5m x 7m with Private walled garden and night lighting, Brick Built BBQ. 15mins drive to Nerja town, or 15mins walk to Town of Torre Del Mar along the beach promenade, with many restaurants, Tapas Bars, Cafes, Shops, Markets etc. & Aquevelis Water Park, (open Summer)

Situated on a development of luxury detached villas in the harbour village of Caleta De Velez. This village has Shops, market on a Saturday, Fishing Port, Yacht Harbour, Tapas bars and restuarants, within a short stroll. There is an excellent Golf course adjacent to the development called Baviera Golf. If you walk along the promenade you can walk to the Seafront town of Torre Del Mar, with many more shops and restaurants and things to do. There is also a large water park in Vlez Malaga a few mins away open in the peak months & go-karting. Nerja is a short drive or bus ride away and is a very pretty Spanish town, with many English Speaking restaurants and shows and quaint shops, Water sports are available at the nearby El Morche Beach, and Scuba Diving centre. There is a large indoor shopping centre 2 miles away with plentiful shops and bowling alley and cinema, there is plenty of little villages and towns to explore nearby. You can Ski in the Sierra Nevadas in winter (around 2 hours).

Quiet and Relaxing

We had a lovely time in this villa. It was very private and the facilities were very good. The pool was great for the kids and there was plenty of space to relax either in the sun or shade within the garden. The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning, but other than that the villa was spot on. Location wise, the villa was very well placed for the beach, supermarkets and sightseeing with easy access to the motorway. The village of Caleta is very Spanish and was a nice change mixing with the Spanish rather than other Brits on holiday.
If air-conditioning is a major factor downgrade to a good.

I spent 2 weeks at the villa in August 2007 with my boyfriend and his family. The description of the villa was extremley accurate . I was very impressed with how close to the beach and local amenities the villa is located.
The villa was very clean and well maintained with the gardener attending to the gardens on a regular basis.
I would recommend this villa to others as it would suit people of all ages and taste, there is a lovely walk along the beach which takes approx 20 minutes to get to the town of Torre with numerous beach front restaurants along the way and an assortment of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in Torre. It was a great holiday and look forward to staying at the villa again in the future.
